I can relate to most of those things above.  I'm a busy mom of two children, three cats and a husband, and I know how hard it can be to juggle work and home as well as eat right, find time to stay active, and manage stress.

After coaching thousands of women from around the world I have noticed that the most successful women who were able to manage stress, eat well and feel great all had something in common.

Is it really just $10?

Yes.  The price is $10 per month.  Typically this would cost hundreds of dollars.  This price is greatly reduced and allows you to lock in this price for as long as you are a member.

For me this is about being affordable, easy and FUN!

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no contact. You can cancel at any time.  I hope you enjoy and decide to stay but that is completely up to you.

What is the refund policy?
